Motherhood Uncensored

Having children is at the same time very difficult and very rewarding. Kristen Chase’s show is called Motherhood Uncensored because of her “no-more-Mrs.-Nice-Mom” approach, which, she says, is “not for the faint of heart.” A former college professor and musician, this mom is turning things around in blog radio with her witty and informative broadcasts- and her guests are there to back her up.

Previous broadcasts have included wise topics like, “Back to School From the Flip Side: The Down and Dirty From the Teachers”, where teachers sat in and discussed what they thought parents needed to know when it came to the first day of school and all things involved; “Where is the Love? Being a Good Parent Means Being a Good Spouse”, which discusses the conflicts that can come about with trying too hard to be either; “If There’s No Heaven, Where Do We Go? How to Parent Without Religion,” which discussed a recently released book, Parenting Without Belief, which brings up the quandaries of raising children without religion. Another show talked about “mommy guilt”, which raised the issue of parents looking too hard at what others were doing and couldn’t quite figure out what was best for their own kids.

Kristen Chase presents in an open-minded and no-holds-barred manner a variety of information that parents are sure to find refreshing and not in the least bit sugarcoated. In today’s world where millions of products are marketed at parents and almost all of them can seem very confusing, it’s a breath of fresh air to find someone who tells it like it is. You can listen to her show bi-monthly (usually every nine days) at 6:00 p.m.

What do you get when you mix and award winning author with her dual radio show personality? Why, you get “SassyScribe” the last word of sex, relationships, and the modern woman. If you are looking for an entertaining hour of talk radio, you must tune into “Sassy Entertainment” every Thursday for your weekly does of laugh-out-loud girl talk.

SassyScribe aims to talk about real issues, taboo or otherwise, in order to get women to listen up. This talk show host is not afraid of a few vicious callers, so go ahead and dial up if you happen to have a relationship issue, or if you simply wish to add your two cents when it comes to problems of a sexual nature. Topics to look forward to include “Women’s Reproductive Health,” “Healthy Hair Tips,” “Non-Profit Organizations,” “Let’s Talk About Sex,” and many other thought provoking topics.

SassyScribe says that “Modern women don't cook, traditional women do...traditional women knew their role and place, modern women continue to buck the system.” Agree? Disagree? Call in and talk about the role that you play in your relationship. Is there really such as thing as the “modern woman” or the “traditional woman,” or have women in general just had a bit too much to deal with over the past few centuries? If you wish to remain an anonymous listener, you will certainly hear various squabbles over which type of women is the ultimate “woman’s woman,” but watch out, things could get a bit tricky over some of these topics.

The “Sassy Entertainment” show promises to be more than just a tiny bit entertaining, so don’t delay, check out Sassy Scribe’s new hit show today.

The Media Lizzy Show

Tired of boring, staid political programming? "The Media Lizzy Show" is for you, delivering sassy and even naughty analysis of politics and the entertainment industry, all from a right-leaning perspective.

One of the most entertaining of the next-generation conservatives, host Lizzy Blackney brings her refreshingly provocative point of view to every aspect of the Washington D.C. political scene. She's preparing for the upcoming presidential campaign as only she can, combining People magazine charm with CNN coverage to examine the candidates, looking for who's "sexiest," and in the process commenting on the fickleness and superficiality of American voters. According to Media Lizzy, women vote with their ideal mate in mind. And these "drive-by" voters, who don't look deep into the issues, could very well determine the next election.

On the July 2 edition of "The Media Lizzy Show," Blackney will interview author Matt Margolis about his new book "Caucus of Corruption," an intriguing look at the Democrats running Congress.

Blackney is also the author of "Sex, Lies & Politics," in which she gives her trademark opinionated views on U. S. politics and the global war on terror. She boldly asserts America did find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in the form of Islamic extremists. Whether you agree or disagree, there's never any question as to where Blackney stands.

If you don't have time to catch the full hour of "The Media Lizzy Show," Blackney also broadcasts "Politricks: The Big Tease," a weekly, 15-minute wrap of all the breaking news and headlines. Consider it your political quickie in preparation for the Sunday TV shows.
