As the creator of "5 Minutes to Fitness," Peter K knows the best, most efficient ways to exercise and improve health, maximizing your physical potential.

Peter K has a lifelong commitment to health. At 18, he was forced to change his own lifestyle, making better choices and decisions from that day forth, resulting in a 50-pound weight loss and improved overall health. He went on to graduate with a Nutrition degree, magna cum laude, from Montclair State University and a Physical Therapy degree, Masters of Science, from New York Medical College. A professor of nutrition, exercise science, kinesiology, and physical therapy, Peter K has emerged as a renowned fitness expert, with Fitness Magazine choosing him as one of its National Health Experts. He's also been featured on TLC's "Running for Life" and has worked with Olympians, professional athletes, and television personalities. Now, through his new radio show, Peter K can work with you.

Recent editions of "The Peter K Show" have featured discussions on healthy snacking, correct training methods, and other critical aspects of health. He's also interviewed an array of impressive guests. Harold Green paid a visit to talk about gaining workout inspiration through music. Fitness expert Robin Bray educated listeners on how to get the body they always wanted. And author John St. Augustine talked about his powerful book, "Living an Uncommon Life."

On August 17, Peter K will welcome author Connie Bennett to discuss her new book "Sugar Shock," which reveals the dangers of sweets and simple carbs.
