Young Writers Society Radio Show

So you have finally figured out that you love to write! As an aspiring writer there are many places you can go to find the resources that you need in order to jump start your career. However, you will find much hardship if you are not writing in the proper style, or advertising your talents to the right companies. As a writer, it can be very difficult to acquire the style that you seek. Many young writers frequently experience great struggle when trying to identify just what type of writer they are, and what exactly it is that they wish to be writing.

This is where The Young Writers Society comes in. Host Nathan Caldwell is a very experienced writer, and also hosts one of the largest writer’s forums on the internet, www.youngwriterssociety.com. His goal is to guide the audience towards the proper forms of all sorts of writing, by hosting online poetry jams, question and answer periods, and writer interviews.

The show officially launches in December of 2007, and will air for an hour per week. During its airing Caldwell will ask that the audience participate and submit writings and poetry for review. He will then critique the style and format and offer advice to the author on the best method of approach. Listeners will also be able to phone in questions and receive free, on-air advice. Sometimes Caldwell will select writing from his website to critique and discuss. YWS radio will definitely prove to be an enormous resource for those just getting into a career in writing, or those that are trying to better their skills as an author.
