Meditation online, really?

Some of us just tend to get stressed out throughout the day, others can get anxious, and yet even more of us can get really angry. Combine all three of these emotions and you have a water balloon meeting a hot needle. So what can we do to keep from bursting inside and driving ourselves to the brink of madness? Well it’s not really that bad, but it can sure seem like it is sometimes.

This is where Peter and Andrea Tongue come to the rescue. Using a rather unconventional method, these two host one of the few online meditation radio shows. Yes you heard right, meditation online, how can this be? Well according to the laws of meditation, it is the experiencing of the total oneness of your self. Meditation is in itself a selfish yet humble experience. Selfish because you need to know your self to better gain harmony, humbling because you get to see why you do the things you do that cause you to feel unhappy.

Peter and Andrea explore this forbidding mental realm in great lengths for an hour a week on their show. Using what they call the “Guided Meditation Experience” they take willing listeners on a journey all over the metaphysical international plains. Focusing on the inner-self, and on the release of emotions which bring us down and scatter our happiness. This show is not for those who do not have an open mind; meditation requires you to look into yourself. Peter and Andrea are always on hand to answer listeners questions live, they also write in back to question in their blogs, effectively guiding their listeners on the life-long journey towards self betterment.
