Jobs You Deserve Radio, hosted by Kristen Hallows

Okay so you are in a dead end job. So what right, it pays the bills. Wrong, many of us feel the weight of our jobs on our shoulders each and every day. Sometimes they can cause us insane amounts of stress and can even cause some of us to become depressed. The truth of the matter is that nobody wants to work a fast food job, or be stuck in a job where they feel they are just another worker ant taking food back for the queen. The reality is that many of us are capable of so much more, but where do we start? How do we get the information and education we need to gain more power inside of our profession?

Every week host Kristen Hallows takes us on an inspiring career journey in a show tagged as “Jobs You Deserve Radio” under the theme of “Banish the Sunday Night Blues!” Hallows’ approach to those of us stuck in jobs we dislike is that we already have the answers and her job is to ask us the questions. For those of us so stuck in the purgatory of our daily routines Hallows offers such advice, “Good news: you already have the knowledge, ingenuity and resources to achieve the results you want. You have the answers, and I have the questions!”

By tuning in, listeners will be given life changing advice that allows them to seriously realize their exponential, and how to utilize it to empower themselves within their careers. Kristen says, “Look forward to Mondays!” Most of us working adults feel quite the latter to that statement, as you are always hearing people complain about having to go back to work once the weekend is over. According to Hallows this is because they truly are unsatisfied with their careers. If you think that a career change for the better is in order for you, then you should drop Kristen a line on her next show and ask her if she has any advice to offer you, more than likely she does!
