Taps Family Radio
Are you interested in paranormal phenomena? Have you ever been ghost hunting, or wondered if something really is behind the movement on that Ouija board? Have you ever wondered what it may be like to cast a spell? If so, you may want to tune in to Taps Family Radio, which discusses the “‘not too normal’ aspect of the paranormal.”
Two self-described “wacky guys”, Peter and Tim, host this show, and their general manager Brent also appears, and was voted most likely to be making fart noises in the background during transmission. Jason Porter is a back-up host. The TAPS (or The Atlantic Paranormal Society) Family is an organization for people who have an interest in the paranormal or want to investigate paranormal occurrences in their lives. Peter and Tim discuss a variety of topics relating to paranormal curiosity and have a guest each week on their show. Previous guests have included Nancy Planeta, founder of sSpirit Paranormal, Dale Kaczmarek of the Ghost Research Society, radio host (and horror film director) Todd Sheets, author Troy Taylor, and TV personality and paranormal investigator Patrick Burns, who is the co-star of the Court TV show “Haunting Evidence.” They have even gone so far as to bring on skeptic James Randi.
The show has aired weekly on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. but it appears that it may be changing to 5 p.m. Stay tuned for tales of hair-raising adventures and insightful commentary about everything that gives listeners the heebie-jeebies.
