Concept of Change

Jennifer Ehidiamen of Nigeria is taking a stand for all youth across the world, so if you fall into this category – or if you just want to hear some very intelligent thoughts surrounding youth culture – tune in to “Concept of Change.” This radio show is all about giving young people a voice. In order to best explain this show, Ehidiamen’s own words put the problem of youth into the best perspective “Is the syndrome of young people should be seen and not heard still in existence in this generation?” She brings up the very valid point that young people can offer new ideas and outlooks upon existing problems, and asks that adults are not so quick to judge.

Additionally, on Ehidiamen’s show you will take part in discussions such as “dress kulture,” “sounds of poetry,” ‘youths speakout,” and “Speak Out!” Each topic is aimed at opening up discussions amongst the younger generation throughout the world. Jennifer enjoys listeners from nearly every country on her show, and she has even created a blog that is chalk full of well thought out articles pertaining to current events and topics that deserve an international voice.

Jennifer is brining awareness to the AIDS problem along with many other political issues involving youths. Additionally, she has even written a book entitled “Youth Making Change,” which highlights some of her biggest concerns. This show is a great way to learn about the problems and encounters that youths face today, whether you want to take part in the discussion, or you just want to hear a different perspective tune in to Jennifer’s show and listen to the beat of a different drum.
