Shadows In The Dark

Hosted by Jeremiah Greer, one of the founders of the Eastern Paranormal Investigators Community, or E.P.I.C., covers a broad range of paranormal topics. For instance, have you ever wished that you could sit down a visit a bit with Elvis Presley? According to Dr. Gary Frick M.D., a recent guest on the show, you can. Dr. Frick also claims to have had extensive conversations with Mother Teresa, Abraham Lincoln and Johnny Carson among others and says that it is just as possible for you and me to talk to Frank Sinatra as to anyone else in the room with us right now. In fact, Dr. Frick has had so many conversations with the dead that he has written several books with their assistance.

Dr. Frick’s theory is just one of many topics of paranormal experience that Shadows In The Dark addresses. Other recent shows have covered (some might say “attacked”) the legitimacy of the Catholic Church and the existence of Bigfoot. Obviously not a program for the closed minded!

E.P.I.C. was appropriately founded on Halloween 2005 after a visit to a local cemetery during which Greer claims to have recorded 4 examples of what are known as “electronic voice phenomena”, or EVPs. An EVP is a disembodied voice that while inaudible to the human ear can be recorded on any type of tape or digital recording device and then played back at a later time. These recordings convinced Greer and his associate that the time was right to found the E.P.I.C. and the radio show is an extension of their interests in all things paranormal.
