Idol Radio

American Idol has become a pop culture phenomenon, revolutionizing television and the music industry all at once. Fans clamoring for more news and information about their favorite performers, as well as everything there is to know about the show itself, need to listen to the "Idol Radio Show," airing Monday through Thursday at 10 p.m. EST.

The amazing Sir Darryl hosts the festivities, handling the enthusiastic callers who make the show what it is and interviewing guests like past Idol contestants Nikko Smith, Christina Christian, and Gedeon McKinney. Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, perhaps American Idol's most famous graduate, is a great friend of the show, and past Idol winner Taylor Hicks will appear on July 18, so alert the Soul Patrol.

Sir Darryl draws assistance from Britt, the show's official "First Lady," who brings a female perspective to the proceedings. Segment host Tony Stark also lends a hand, reviewing new music from Idol contestants each and every Wednesday.

The show has also tapped into amateur Idols everywhere, creating YouTube Idol, their own regular contest for the best and brightest singers on YouTube, complete with celebrity judges and guest stars.

The "Idol Radio Show" branches off to cover every aspect of entertainment news, including the Paris Hilton fiasco and such short-term sensations as VH1's "I Love New York," even scoring an interview with Season One winner Tango.

So if you're looking for entertaining, fun coverage of your favorite televised talent show and more, make the "Idol Radio Show" a fixture in your nightly radio routine.
