Daniel Myers Live
There's no age requirement for a love of politics. At the tender age of 16, Daniel Myers is already becoming a respected political pundit, running his own blog (www.myerspolitics.com) and hosting "Daniel Myers Live," an hour-long discussion of all the day's top political stories and breaking news.
Born in West Virginia, Daniel and his family now reside in Tennessee. That's where Daniel first discovered his political passions when his father ran for public office in 2001. Politics have been an enormous part of his life ever since, and he's served on the campaign staffs of 17 different Democratic and Republic candidates for various local, state, and federal offices. He was even a State Coordinator for a Presidential candidate. Daniel created his online blog in October of 2006 in an attempt to reach out to his fellow young Americans, hoping to help them get involved in the politics that shape their lives. The radio show continues his noble endeavor, earning a loyal following for its straightforward political journalism.
Lately, Daniel has been focusing his attention on the upcoming 2008 Presidential Campaign, even looking to sponsor a series of presidential debates in the coming months. In preparation, he's already conducted interviews with Presidential candidates John Cox (Republican), Ray McKinney (Republican), Richard Smith (Republican), and John Bootie (Independent). Other recent guests have included Renew America columnist Tom Kovach, talk show host Douglas Gibbs of Political Pistachio, and broadcaster and journalist Chris Yandek of sportsinterview.com.
The "Daniel Myers Live" show airs every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7 p.m. EST.
